About This Place

Welcome to And Broth, a delightful culinary gem nestled in the bustling Glendora Public Market. This innovative restaurant serves a unique blend of Vietnamese flavors with a modern twist, focusing on high-quality ingredients and thoughtfully crafted dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.

At And Broth, their signature concoction, the Pho Brisket On Rye, steals the show. This remarkable sandwich boasts over half a pound of twice-cooked USDA Prime Brisket, paired delectably with house-made garlic aioli, tangy pickled onions, and a medley of fresh herbs, all embraced by toasted rye bread. Served with savory beef consommé and crisp pickles, this dish is a celebration of flavors reminiscent of the classic pastrami on rye but taken to a whole new level. Priced at US$19.49, it's worth every penny for the richness and texture it delivers.

Equally enticing are the Shrimp Summer Rolls, which feature succulent shrimp wrapped delicately in rice paper and served with a flavorful Hoisin Sesame Sauce for just US$15.49. Perfect as an appetizer or a light meal, these rolls exemplify freshness and elegance.

For those seeking something heartier, the Pho Noodle Salad "Pho Tron" brings a delightful, soupless alternative to traditional pho. The dish is a vibrant toss of special tamarind sauce, fresh lettuce, aromatic herbs, and ribeye, all topped with crispy fried garlic and accompanied by a side of their rich 24-hour bone broth for US$19.99. It’s a dish that showcases a finesse not often seen in conventional pho joints.

Don’t miss the crispy, seasoned fries; they are not mere side dishes but star players in their own right. The Garlic Parmesan Fries and the five-spice seasoned fries, both at US$5.49 and US$8.99 respectively, provide the perfect crunch and flavor profile to round out your meal.

But don’t just take my word for it—customers rave about the quality, with reviews highlighting the "best pho" they have ever tasted, thanks to a broth that is consistently rich and flavorful. The team at And Broth has taken care to ensure that each ingredient shines in its own way, resulting in dishes that promise a comforting yet upscale dining experience.

In a food court setting that might seem casual, And Broth elevates the dining experience with its attention to detail and flavor. If you find yourself in Glendora, do yourself a favor and stop by. Your palate will thank you for the profound and satisfying journey that awaits at And Broth.

Great new Vietnamese place at the Glendora Public Market. So far I've had the BBH - A spicy beef sandwich and the House Pho - beef back ribs + bone marrow. The BBH sandwich was great, but was borderline a little too herbaceous for my taste; I wish they put a bit more pickled onions instead as it started to overpower the sandwich. Still great flavors though and the meat was tender. The House pho was pretty flavorful, definitely not a typical pho, more of an upscale dish rather than traditional pho. The beef ribs were on the smaller side, but they gave two instead of the typical one, and the marrow added an extra umami element. It's definitely on the pricer side compared to most pho places, but overall, pretty pleased with the addition of this restaurant to the marketplace and area in general.

We came here today and got the brisket sandwich and the house pho — both were absolutely delicious. Honestly, this is probably the best pho I’ve ever had. The quality of the meat, the noodles, the broth — everything was spot on. From now on, this is the only place I see myself going to for pho. Highly recommend!

Took the family here for dinner to try this new spot. I ordered the House Pho bowl. It came with 1 Large beef rib bone in, and 1 bone with marrow, tendons, brisket, and you choice of veggies to add to your bowl. I chose cilantro and red onions. The price for this was around $25 plus tax. It came out piping hot and fresh. I will order this again when im craving this dish. I would recommend trying this place.

Their Brisket Pho Sandwich is hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The combination of flavors—from the pickled onions to the fresh greens and the melt-in-your-mouth brisket—creates a bite that’s not just good, it’s insanely satisfying. I also tried their brisket pho, and let me tell you: the broth is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been to well over two dozen of the so-called “top” pho spots in Orange County, and none of them come close. The key with &broth is consistency. Their broth always tastes the same—rich, balanced, and deeply flavorful. Too many pho spots in OC are hit or miss. They’re either open too long, overloaded with customers, or rushing through the process just to keep up. And that’s where the quality suffers.

I am hooked on this place and it is dangerous because I love so close by. If you have the time to sit and enjoy a bowl of pho, the broth is so warming and delicious and flavorful. My absolute favorite though, is their rye oho sandwhich. You read correctly. Pho... sandwhich... it is SO unique to this place and I can't get enough of it. Honestly I share it with a friend, but I looooooove it the next day cold too. Highly suggest giving it a try. It IS in a food court and it can get a little loud, but otherwise, great place for lunch and dinner.

Run don’t walk to And Broth. This is the best bowl of pho I have ever had, I ordered the Tai Lan pho. The broth was rich and so flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly.

Located inside Glendora Public Market food court, this Vietnamese restaurant is quite special! Especially when it's chilly outside and you get yourself a House Special Pho from 'And Broth ' and you'll be more than warm and satisfied! We came here for the first time, my wife ordered the Bac Pho and I had the House Special! The broth is naturally cooked and very delicious! Seems like they are more Northern Vietnam flavors than South. That's where pho was originated anyway. Love the place and will come back to try the rest of the menu!

This place is the best pho place in the sgv. If you’ve been to the best pho places in the OC. This place is just as good and the portion is plentiful. The broth is amazing and the meat quality is excellent. Only thing I would knock is the pho noodle was a little over cooked but other than that it was phenomenal. The staffs were awesome and got our food out to us swiftly. The parking was easy, they have a free lot on site. The ambiance was like any other food hall. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a spot to grub or need a soupy dish, this is the place. I’ll come back and try the sandwiches next time.
